余干县旅游业发展总体规划 （2004—2020） 第一章旅游产业背景分析 一、余干县基本概况 1、区位条件 (1)地理位置 余干县位于江西省东北部，鄱阳湖东南岸，信江下游及怀玉山脉与武夷山余脉尾部。地理坐标为东经116°13′48″——116°54′24″，北纬28°21′36″——29°03′24″，属亚热带气候区。全县总面积为2，330.77平方千米。地处赣鄱水道这一南北交通要道一侧，历来为军事重地。秦置县时，余干疆域，东抵歙（今皖赣交界一带），西抵豫章（南昌等地），南抵瓯徼建宁（浙江、福建边区），北抵鄱甸（波阳县）。现余干东与万年接壤，西连新建、南昌、进贤，南毗余江、东乡，北邻波阳、都昌，并滨鄱阳湖。县城玉亭镇西距省会南昌市70千米，东距上饶市200千米，东北离景德镇市110千米，南距鹰潭市69千米。 （2）交通条件 陆路方面，县境东南的206国道、320国道为连接对外交通主干线。206国道鹰潭—乐平—景德镇线，经过黄（金）埠、五雷，从而使余干县由黄埠经206国道、320国道、沪瑞高速与安徽、江苏、浙江、上海等省、市连通，形成以公路为主的区域旅游交通格局。此外，在建的昌万公路横穿余江，通过该公路县城玉亭镇距南昌市仅70千米，有利于省城及周边地区往返余干的经贸和旅游往来。水路主航道有信江横贯县境，全长146.5千米，平均宽度为330到390米，最宽处（大溪渡）668米，有主要航道8条，275千米，均可通往南昌、九江、鹰潭、上饶、景德镇等地。县内交通，到2003年11月，全县实现乡乡通柏油、水泥路。全县公路总里程1，262.8千米。其中已通县道167.7千米，乡道268.5千米，村道394千米。全县共有行政村442个，已通公路村338个，其中已通油路行政村114个。目前县境内外交通主要以陆路为主，水路为辅。
