Studies have shown that some nanoparticles can be poisonous to animal cells. My grandparents actively practiced simplicity. They both grew up in very large families and lived through the Great Depression. Saving for a rainy day and avoiding superfluous consumption were their life philosophy. Rather than seeking fulfillment through material items, they chose to spend really simple life together, with family and in nature.

Chicken soup has long been a comfort food for people with cold symptoms. Whether the remedy (疗法) comes from the warmth and comfort of the soup or from actual cold-fig hting ingredients(成分) in the meal, it is still up for debate.
Chicken Soup: Just the Evidence
