2018雅思退考操作的正确步骤
有些考生之前担心考位紧张，会提前报名多场考试，结果因为雅思分数够了，打算退考,这里需要说明的是，雅思退考的费用只能退回一部分，无法获得全额退款，这个需要考生了解,希望各位考生谨慎选择雅思考试时间和考点，做好雅思考前备考计划。
雅思考生只有在教育部考试中心的报名网站上取消自己的报名，在取消考试后，你的账户将在固定时间内收到退款，时间大约是4到6周，考生可查询退款是否到账。退款是报名费扣除420元退考费后的余额。
雅思退款具体流程是：
在进入系统后点击“我的状态”按钮——进入我的状态页面——点击取消报名并退回部分费用按钮——取消你的报名。
注意，在点击取消报名并退回部分费用按钮之后，系统会提示你是否进行了“误操作”，在你确认要取消报名之后，你先前的报名会被取消，扣除了退考费￥420的余额会被保存在你的帐户余额中，你可以点击"我的状态"来查帐户余额。
并且，系统将给您的电子邮件地址发出取消报名的确认信。
获得退款：考生若要退回帐户余额中的钱款，须向教育部考试中心IELTS考试服务热线传真一份退款申请，传真内容包括你的NEEA ID、姓名、生日、签名、证件号码以及证件的

当我们完成雅思考试报名后，在报名截止期前，考生是可以在网上变更你的考试日期和/考点的，不过，需要你额外支付420元人民币的转考费。
