一、关于试卷的分析
1、试题难度
为了最大限度地保护大多数学生学习英语的积极性，使各种层面的学生均能学有所获，尤其让中下水平的学生能提高学英语的兴趣，并尽快找到学英语的感觉，从而真正实现从“要我学”向“我要学”转化，本次期中考试卷难度严格依照学生实际情况，把难度值控制在0.70左右。
2、答题得失
多数考生能在各考查项目上发挥其最大潜能，但不少考生对基础知识和基本技能的掌握不扎实在这次检测中也充分暴露。主要表现在如下几方面：（1）听力理解
听力测试的结果尽管比衔接考试的好多了，但仍尚未达到预期的效果，仍有不少考生在这一大题上失分严重，得分率不足50%。失分原因主要是考生对整体推断和细节捕捉能力不强，如题2、3、11、19等。因此，根据上下文内容，对所听材料进行分析和判断的能力有待于加强。
（2）单项填空
词汇量偏低、语法知识混乱是造成这一大题失分的主要原因，如25、26、28、32等。另外，一些学生欠缺生活常识，也在一定程度上影响对个别题目的理解，如题22。
（3）完形填空
失分的主要原因是考生捕捉篇章大意的能力较低，上下文逻辑推理能力不到位，如题41、48、45、49等。当然，词汇量偏低也是造成失分的重要原因，有些考生阅读时对语篇理解感到云里雾里。
（4）阅读理解
失分的主要原因是考生的阅读量偏低，对阅读理解5种考查能力尚缺乏应有的训练，尤其是主旨大意题、推理判断题和作者的意图和态度题等，如题65、66、71、72、73、75等。
（5）单词拼写
失分的主要原因是考生对单词的记忆模糊、是是而非，构词法能力低下，如题82、83、84等。另外，缺乏语境意识也是这次单词拼写题失分的重要原因之一，如题79、81等。
（6）书面表达
失分的主要原因是审题不清、层次不明、遗漏要点、句子表达搭配不当、词不达意、中国式英语等。另外，书写习惯不到位也是失分的一个因素，仍有部分考生的卷面是乱涂乱画的。
二、教学建议
针对在本次检测中考生所暴露出诸多问题，对本学科今后的教学提出如下建议：
（1）夯实基础知识，构建知识体系
起始年级夯实语言基础知识尤为重要，特别是对词汇和语法的落实。词汇学习要讲究方法，否则可能掉进“学了就忘，忘了再学，再学了又忘，直到最后失去信心”的恶性循环的怪圈，要在指导学生学习词汇的方法方面下大工夫；要帮助学生梳理重要语法项目，使之系统化、“网络化”，否则可能导致不少学生在走语法“迷宫”。
（2）加大语言输入量，多读多听
高考对英语听说读写诸项能力的测试并非均衡对待，而是按照课程标准的要求，突出对阅读能力的测试。这不仅表现在阅读理解题在试卷中占的比重最大，还表现在阅读能力是决定听力、完形填空（也叫缺词阅读）、书面表达、单项填空和短文填词等题型答题效果的最基本的能力。阅读语篇同时也是巩固词汇和语法，扩大词汇量和提高语感的最有效途径。因此，阅读理解能力培养应该坚持不懈。要特别关注5类常考文体，即科普知识类、广告新闻类、社会文化类、说理议论类和人物传记类。顾全5种能力考查，即主旨大意和标题、细节理解、推理判断、词（句）义猜测、作者的意图和态度等。对于较难的能力考查，如标题归纳和推理判断要重点突破。
与阅读一样，听也属于语言信息的输入。听多了，就会习惯成自然，就不会有“心译”的坏习惯，也就不会有顾此失彼的后果。但与阅读能力考查有所不同，
它主要考查细节理解和简单的推理判断能力。因此，要求学生平时在听强化试题时要进入竞技状态，按照
“先看后听”原则，带着问题聆听并捕捉必要的信息（四要素：时间、地点、人物和事件），适当地笔录，再做简要的加工处理。
（3）强化语言输出，常说常写
说和写是学英语的必不可少的技能，两者相辅相成，说得好一定会写得好。
说：要求学生课内积极参与“听说”互动，课外自觉提高朗读甚至背诵经典的句子或语段。
写：要求学生每周至少完成1篇书面表达。
总之，英语作为一种语言，首先要实践，其次要注意知识的积累和运用，要经常地接触，反复运用。实践越多，提高也就越快。学生的各种能力是在日常教学中不断培养起来的，只要有心、只要用心，你的付出就会有收获，相信在大家的努力下，同学们说英语、用英语的水平会越来越好，也希望在以后的考试中取得更理想的成绩。

高三英语期末考试试卷分析 一、试卷特点 本次考试命题的范围、题型以及分值分布和高考试卷相同，也基本体现了高考的命题思路：突出语篇、强调应用、注重交际。试题除完形填空难度较高外，其它题目难度适中，市平均为94，与高考全国卷难度基本相当，试卷上没有出现偏题和怪题，难、中、易题比例适当，有较好的区分度，能真实地反映出学生的语言运用能力，所以这份试卷具有较高的信度和效度。试卷的一些话题，如对话填空，书面表达等，均与牛津高中英语新教材的相关话题相结合。 二、主要失分点及原因分析 （一）各大项得分情况汇总 （本表主要根据省溧中部分学生试卷抽样样本为依据） 从本次考试来看，完形填空和对话填空的失分率较高，说明学生的基础知识还不够扎实，我们在平时的教学中应更注重知识积累。
（二）各项试题失分情况及分析 第一部分：听力 听力题以考查学生简单处理信息的能力为主，另外还考查了学生的归纳综合能力、口语理解能力、以及综合素质能力，其分布如下：
1、5、18等题较为灵活，设置的陷阱很隐蔽，对学生的迷惑性较大，故得分率较低。总体而言，试题难度不大，但得分仅为20.9，我们在以后的教学中要加强听力训练和指导，培养预测能力，通过句子重音来捕捉关键信息能力，以及重视语感的训练和语言的积累。 第二部分：单项选择 考查项目以动词和各种从句为主，其它项目的考查分布均匀，与高考类型基本相符合。 考查目标题号题量 考查能力

。。 . . 。。. . 2005～2006学年上期期末考试 高一英语试卷分析 雅安市教科所英语组 本次高一英语考试题满分为150分，试题难易适度。但是，从全市高一6780多名学生的答题情况来看，却不容乐观。全市高一英语平均分仅为66.45分，得分率仅为0.44，最高分134分，最低分6分，差异系数33.49。这些数据基本反映出我市高一英语教学质量的现状。这些数据表明我市高一英语教学质量不高，在全省处于落后位置，形势非常严峻，须引起全市高一英语教师高度注意。为此，我们必须认真总结经验，找出差距，认真分析存在的问题，采取措施，改进教学方法，为提高英语教学质量而努力工作。 为了帮助高一英语老师搞好教学工作，我们对试题进行了统计分析(请见统计表)，并将我们的意见简述如下：
本试卷分为听力测试、单项填空、完形填空、阅读理解、写作五道大题，下面分大题进行逐题分析与探讨，并结合教学提出建议。 一、听力测试。该试题以考查对于口头语言的理解为目的，要求学生能够听懂日常交际中发音清楚、语速正常的简短对话和独白。本题满分30分，全市平均分19.57，最高分30分，最低分0分。本题是全卷中难度最低的题，难度系数为0.65。本题也是学生得分最高的题，说明学生的听力有所提高。 本题虽是学生得分最高的题，但是老师和同学们对此决不能骄傲自满。须知，本试题的难度距高考试题尚有一定的差距。在今后的教学中，教师应指导学生多听地道的标准的英美人的录音材料，在教学中应尽量用英语组织教学，鼓励学生在课堂内外大胆地主动地朗读英语，用英语进行对话，不断地提高学生们的听力水平。 二、单项填空。本试题主要考查学生对英语语法、词汇知识和较为简单的表达方式的掌握情况。本题满分25分，全市平均分11.54，最高分25分，最低分0分，难度系数为0.46。学生得分较低。 本题学生得分较低，说明不少的学生在基本的语法掌握上还有差距。本试题既注重考查语言形式，也注重考查语义内容，还注重考查语言的运用。学生得分低，说明学生在语言的运用上还存在较大的差距。 在今后的教学中，教师要指导学生掌握基本的英语语法知识、词汇知识和较为简单的表达方式，还要在此基础上培养学生在特定的语言环境中运用语言的能力。 三、完形填空。本试题主要考查学生在阅读理解的基础上对词汇知识的掌握情况，本题满分30分，全市平均分12.51分，最
职高高一年级组英语月考（二）试卷分析 (2014-2015学年第一学期) 一、整体情况分析 本次考试总分为120分，考试时间为100分钟，考试内容主要以职高英语基础模块上Unit 1-4为主，重点考查学生应该掌握的英语基础知识和基本能力，旨在夯实学生的基础，注重阶段内知识的考查和消化。试卷选材上注重题材、体裁的多样性，所选文章内容贴近生活，贴近实际，具有时代感，体现了职高英语新课程的理念。 三、试题和答题情况分析 1.单选 本部分重点考查语音、词汇、语法知识以及交际用语等，主要是最近学过的内容，所以大部分学生得分较高，少数学生在某些词汇用法和语法运用方面，以及语音方面还存在着不少问题。一部分学生的1-5题, 6. 20. 21. 25题的得分率较低。由此可见，经常复习以前的知识从而达到使学生巩固已学内容并能熟练运用是非常重要的，而且有必要强化语音知识的理解和积累。 2.完形 完型填空考查学生在阅读理解的基础上对语篇、词汇和语法知识掌握情况，要求学生综合运用所学知识，选出最佳选项，是综合性较强的题型。从试卷可以看出，学生在某些句子的理解和具体语境的处理上还欠缺能力，特别是对第32.36.38.39题学生理解不到位。学生读题不够细心，不注意上下文相关联内容，容易犯习惯性错误，由此可见，应该指导学生做题的严谨性, 同时要增加完型练习量。 3.阅读 本次阅读理解有三篇，文章比上次月考难度适当增加，题量适宜。一部分学生得分较高，丢分的主要是对49题和50题判断失误。但是对于基础较差者，失
分较多。很明显学生在概括要点、细节理解、推理判断上还需要加强训练。 4.词义搭配得分相对较高。 5.补全对话的67题和69题是这次容易丢分题，而且分值很高，主要是学生分辨能力还有待提高。 6.单词考查 本次单词考查题中所填单词主要是以1-4 单元为主要选择范围，因为是刚刚学过，大多数学生得分在及格以上。但是基础较差的学生不注意单词词形变化，甚至写不出原词，得分仍然困难。 7.改错 多数学生得分8分或高于8分。少数学生对这种题型的把握较差，不注意规范答题。因此，在今后的教学中应该加强这方面的练习，这也体现了学生基础知识较差的现状，在今后应该加强对学生基础知识的巩固和提高。 8.书面表达 这次考试的书面表达题是给自己的父母写封信，汇报自己在新的学校里的生活和学习，以及自己的打算等情况。选材非常贴近学生的生活实际，学生有话可说，应是易得分题，但学生忽视了书信语言的表达，内容缺乏有序性和连贯性，对句子不能灵活处理，语法知识欠缺；部分学生审题不清，所表达内容与要求话题不符；还有部分学生书写潦草，卷面涂抹，导致失分；同时还有少许学生东抄西拼，抄袭阅读，以图蒙混过关。时态运用错误是普遍现象。有些虽然得分较高，但是完全写得清楚的同学也不是很多。 三、对下一阶段英语教学工作的思考和建议 1、夯实语言基础知识 从学生在单项填空、完形填空部分的解答以及单词拼写可以看出，很多学生的词汇和语法知识仍不够扎实，还存在较多问题，因此，强调基础知识的学习是关键。但需要注意的是，此处的基础知识指的是语言知识(语法和词汇)的灵活运用，而非一条条的语法规则，必须结合具体语境，倡导在语境中教学，在语境中学习，语境中运用。另外，在平时词汇教学中，抓重点单词，特别是动词的教学，适当扩充该词的其他相关用法。并把检查单词记忆等情况落实，使学生真正养成学习语言的习惯。 2、培养阅读能力 新课标在谈到教学中应该注意的几个问题时，明确说明加强“听、说、读、写”综合运用，侧重培养阅读能力。因为阅读是理解和吸收语言信息的最重要手段，它能给学生提供更为丰富的教育教学资源，有助于他们开阔视野、丰富语言知识、扩大词汇量和了解英语国家的社会及文化等。在平时教学中，应争取让学

英语学科试卷分析 本次英语试卷的出题学校是鞍山一中，试题难度适中，符合目前我们学生的 学情，除了完形填空一题偏难之外，其他题目同学们都能正常发挥。在这次试卷 中，同学们最容易得分的部分是语法填空，改错还有作文。此次作文题目出的中 规中矩，让同学们有话可说，有句型可写，所以普遍得分在15 分以上。而失分 最多的部分是完形填空，因为文章内容抽象，选项中生词偏多，所以对于词汇量 一般的同学来说正确率只能达到百分之六十。此次考试，教师也和同学们同步答题，反应也和同学们一样，觉得完型对于现阶段的同学来说还是偏难，在理解上 有较大的困难。但是在此次考试中，也不乏有得高分的同学，最高分达到了142 分，文科前四十分的平均分也到达了120 分以上，与兄弟院校差距较小。由此说明英语尖子生还是非常的突出。 目前英语试卷的高考题采用的是全国卷二，难度较以往偏简单，但是拉分的 项目还是在于完形填空，因此在此题的难度设置上会有所提高，而此次试卷的出 题意图也和高考试卷的命题方向不谋而合。 针对现阶段高考命题的思路，下一步的工作还是要从扩大学生词汇量上入手， 夯实基础，在此之上，要加大学生的阅读量，巩固语法知识。除了要进行每周的 周测之外，还有有步骤的对全年级同学进行单词的测试。与此同时，还要提高作 文的写作能力。将阅读课与写作课相结合，从阅读中，获得灵感，启发写作思路， 积累句型。在接下来的一年半中，英语学科已经进入复习阶段，会让学生们更进 一步夯实基础，再对单项进行强化，达到质的飞跃。但是对于层次不同的同学，还 是要采取不同的教学方法。 100 份以上的同学，要强化阅读和完型，平时多布置这 方面的习题，把阅读错题量控制在两个以内，完型控制在三个以内。一百分以下 的同学，还是要加大词汇量，语法上进行强化。对于英语学科瘸腿的同学， 要进行单独约谈，从心理上着手，让他们克服心理障碍，改变学习态度，争取做 得更好。
