Abstract
With its special pivot status and diversified functions,the port has become an important link with its surrounding industries in the wave of modern scientific and technological innovation and the global economic integration.The consequent port logistics is also constantly beyond the traditional port services, giving more value to the port and related industries,has become an essential means of continuous development of the port.LH Group is an established state-owned enterprise group focusing on shipping and ports as the core business. Faced with increasingly fierce competition in port logistics,the Group's port logistics business is still mainly port loading and unloading with low business level,decentralized resources and irrational personnel structure.The relatively closed source of funds and management system has put the Group under great pressure in the development of its port logistics business.How to determine its own position according to its own advantages,how to formulate relevant development strategies,adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition,and enhance its comprehensive service capability and competitiveness is an issue that the Group urgently needs to study and discuss.
