【Working Protection, Working Conditions and protection against occupational hazards】
5.Party A shall establish protection system of operating procedures, work
specifications and occupational safety and health, occupational hazard, and
should train Party B. Party B during the work should strictly abide by the
norms and operating rules of the system.
6.Party A should provide the necessary labor protection articles for Party B.
Arrangement in Party B with occupational hazards, and periodically check
health for Party B.
7.About the job with occupational hazards, Party A should tell Party B honestly.
Occupational safety and health education on Party B prevents labor accidents
in the work, and reduce occupational hazards.
8.Party A should strictly comply the implementation of national, provincial and
municipal industrial accidents and occupational diseases reporting system.
Party B must strictly abide by the work of safe operation. If Party managers
conduct illegal command, or force risk operations, B have the right to refuse,
and it will not be considered a violation of the labor contract.
9.Party A should Comply with the national, provincial and municipal
regulations on the implementation of women and minors special labor
protection.
【Working Hours & Rest & Vocation】
10.Party A should arrange Party B for the implementation.The normal working
hours of the Employee shall be eight hours each day, excluding meals and
rest for an average of five days per week, for an average of forty hours per week.
11.The Employee is entitled to all legal holidays and other paid leaves of
absence in accordance with the laws and regulations of the PRC and the
company 's work rules.
12.The Employer may extend working hours due to the requirements of its
production or business after consultation with the trade union and the
Employee ,but the extended working hour for a day shall generally not
exceed one hour; If such extension is called for due to special reasons, the extended hours shall not exceed three hours a day. However, the total
extension in a month shall not exceed thirty-six hours.
【Remuneration of Labour】
13.The salary of the Employee shall bemonthly paid by the Employer in
accordance with applicable laws and regulations of P.R.C. It shall be paid by legal tender and not less than the standard minimum salary in Tianjin.h 14.The salary of the Employee is RMB$______ per month in the probationary
period and RMB$ _____ after the probationary period.（薪酬）

15.If the delay or default of salary takes place, the Employer shall pay the
economic compensation except the salary itself in accordance with the
relevant laws and regulations.
16.Party A should establish the the normal wage adjustment mechanism. In the
labor contract period of performance, according to the national, provincial and municipal regulations,Party A should reference the production and
operation status and the job performance of Party B , Adjust Party B's
remuneration.
【Social Security & Welfare】
17.The Employer will pay for all mandatory social security programs such
pension insurance, unemployment insurance, medical insurance of the
Employee according to the relevant government and city regulations.
18.The Employer should provide the Employee with occupational safety and
health conditions conforming to the provisions of the State and necessary
articles of labor protection to guarantee the safety and health during the
working process.
19.During pregnancy, childbirth, breast-feeding and sterilization women
employees’ remuneration should implement by the provisions of national, provincial and municipal.
20.During the period of the Contract, the Employee’s welfare shall be
implemented accordance with the laws and relevant regulations of P.R.C. 21.Party A would provide Party B the following Supplementary insurance and
welfare benefits.
22.when the laws, regulations and relevant policies and regulations the labor
contract based on change, the related content of the labor contract should be changed.
23.Consensus by both parties, the contents of the labor contract can be changed.

24.To terminate the labor contract, both parties shall be in accordance with the
Article 36th, 37th, 38th,39th,40th,41th,42th,43th,44thof the Labor Contract Law
25.When termination of labor contracts in line with the the article 46th of the
Labor Contract Law, Party A shall pay economic compensation for Party B 26.Party A illegally discharge or terminate the labor contract, when Party B
requires to be fulfilled, Party A should continue to perform; Party B does not require to perform or the labor contract can no longer be performed, Party B shall be in accordance with the articles 87th of the Labor Contract Law, and provides twice the economic compensation to Party B. Party B Illegal discharge the labor contract, shall compensate for Party A.
27.Discharge, termination of labor contracts, Party A should Show proof based
on relevant laws, regulations and other rules, and handle the transfer of files
and social insurance relations

28.Both parties signed a special agreement on training, Commercial

should be effected in accordance with the relevant provisions of State
regulations.
32.This Labor Contract becomes effective by signing and stamping between Part
A and Part B. To make three identical copies of This Labor Contract , Part A
has two , Part B has one, both have equal effect .
