发动机术语及其定义 1压缩比压缩比是发动机中一个非常重要的概念，压缩比表示了气体的压缩程度，它是气体压缩前的容积与气体压缩后的容积之比值，即气缸总容积与燃烧室容积之比称为压缩比。一般用ε表示。 式中：V a－气缸总容积； V h－气缸工作容积； V c－燃烧室容积； 通常汽油机的压缩比为6～10，柴油机的压缩比较高，一般为16～22。 2内燃机内燃机是把燃料燃烧的化学能转变成热能，然后又把热能转变成机械能的机器，并且这种能量转换过程是在发动机气缸内部进行的。汽车上使用的内燃机主要有汽油机和柴油机。 3有效转矩发动机对外输出的转矩称为有效转矩，记作Te，单位为N·m。有效转矩与曲轴角位移的乘积即为发动机对外输出的有效功。 4有效功率动机在单位时间对外输出的有效功称为有效功率，记作Pe，单位为KW。它等于有效转矩与曲轴角速度的乘积。发动机的有效功率可以用台架试验方法测定，也可用测功器测定有效转矩和曲轴角 速度，然后用公式计算出发动机的有效功率Pe： 式中：Te －有效扭矩，单位为N·m；n －曲轴转速，单位为r/min。 5平均有效压力单位气缸工作容积发出的有效功称为平均有效压力，记作pme，单位为MPa。显然，平均有效压力越大，发动机的作功能力越强。 6有效热效率燃料燃烧所产生的热量转化为有效功的百分数称为有效热效率，记作ηe。显然，为获得一定数量的有效功所消耗的热量越少，有效热效率越高，发动机的经济性越好。 7有效燃油消耗率发动机每输出1kW·h的有效功所消耗的燃油量称为有效燃油消耗率，记作be，单位为g/(kW·h)。显然，有效燃油消耗率越低，经济性越好。 式中： B －每小时的燃油消耗量，kg/h Pe －有效功率，kW。； 8升功率发动机在标定工况下，单位发动机排量输出的有效功率称为升功率。升功率大，表明每升气缸工作容积发出的有效功率大，发动机的热负荷和机械负荷都高 9强化系数平均有效压力与活塞平均速度的乘积称为强化系数。活塞平均速度是指发动机在标定转速下工作时，活塞往复运动速度的平均值。 10比容积发动机外廓体积与其标定功率的比值称为比容积。 11比质量发动机的干质量与其标定功率的比值称为比质量。干质量是指未加注燃油、机油和冷却液的发动机质量。比容积和比质量越小，发动机结构越紧凑。 12配气相位配气相位是用曲轴转角表示的进、排气门的开启时刻和开启延续时间，通常用环形图表示-配气相位图。 13气门间隙发动机在冷态下，当气门处于关闭状态时，气门与传动件之间的间隙称为气门间隙。 14可变配气定时发动机转速不同，要求不同的配气定时。这是因为：当发动机转速改变时，由于进气流速和强制排气时期的废气流速也随之改变，因此在气门晚关期间利用气流惯性增加进气和促进排气的效果将会不同。四冲程发动机的配气定时应该是进气迟后角和气门重叠角随发动机转速的升高而加大。如果气门升程也能随发动机转速的升高而加大，则将更有利于获得良好的发动机高速性能。
名词解释 1、加工精度与加工误差 加工精度是指零件加工后，其尺寸、形状、相互位置等参数的实际数值与其理想数值 相符合的程度;加工误差是指零件在加工后，其尺寸、形状、相互位置等参数的实际数 值与理想数值之间的变动量。 2、正接法与反接法 正接:焊件接弧焊机的正极，焊条接其负极;反接:悍件接弧焊机的负极，焊条接其正极。 3、顺铣和逆铣 顺铣:铣刀旋转方向与工件进给方向相同:逆铣:铣刀旋转方向与工件方向相反。 4、工程材料一的力学性能 是指它在受各种外力作用时所反映出来的性能，如强度、硬度、塑性、冲击韧度、疲劳 强度等。 5、工序、安装与工步 工序是指在一个工作地点，对一个或一组零件所连续完成的那部分工艺过程，它是工 艺过程的基本组成部分，也是安装生产计划的基本单元;安装是指在一次装夹中完成的那部 分工艺过程;工步是指加工表面、切削刀具及切削用量均保持不变时完成的那部分工艺过程。 6、手弧焊的焊接工艺参数 焊接工艺参数是指焊接时为了保证焊接质量，提高生产率，而选定的物理量的总称;手 弧焊的焊接工艺参数主要包括:焊条直径、焊接电流、焊接速度、电弧长度和悍接层数。 7、切削用量 切削加工中与切削运动直接相关的三个主要参数是切削速度、进给量和吃刀量，通常把这 三个要素称为切削用量的三要素。 8、磨削外圆的纵磨法、横磨法和深磨法 纵磨法是工件随工作台纵向往复运动，即纵向进给，每个行程终了时砂轮作横向进给一次， 磨到尺寸后，进行无横向进给的光磨行程，直到火花消失为止; 横磨法是工件不作纵向进给，砂轮以缓…漫的速度连续或断续地向工件作横向进给，直到加 工完毕; 深磨法是利用砂轮斜面完成粗磨和半精磨，最大外圆完成精磨和修光，全部磨削余量一次 完成。 9、弹性、冲击韧度和疲劳强度 材料受外力作用时产生变形，当外力去除后能恢复其原来形状的性能叫做弹性; 材料抵抗冲击载荷作用，在断裂前单位面积上的冲击吸收功，称为冲击韧度; 材料一在无数次重复交变载荷作用下不致引起断裂的最大应力称为疲劳强度。
发动机的基本组成和常用术语(组图) 发动机的基本组成 汽油机的基本组成如图1―1所示为一单缸汽油机的基本结构，多缸发动机的各个气缸的结构是完全相同的。 燃料与空气的混合气在气缸内燃烧，产生的高温高压气体膨胀推动活塞向下运动，经连杆将力传给曲轴，使曲轴旋转输出动力。进气门控制可燃混合气的进入；排气门控制废气的排出。 常用术语
为了研究发动机的构造和工作原理，先介绍发动机的常用术语(图1―2)： 图为发动机的常用术语 1.上止点活塞上下往复运动时活塞顶离曲轴旋转中心最远处，即活塞最高位置。 2.下止点活塞上下往复运动时活塞顶离曲轴旋转中心最近处，即活塞最低位置。 3.活塞行程(S) 活塞上、下止点间的距离称为活塞行程。曲轴每转动半圈(即180度)相当于一个行程。若用R表示曲轴半径(等于曲轴臂长度)，则活塞行程等于曲轴臂长度的两倍,即S=2R。 4.气缸工作容积(Vh) 活塞从上止点到下止点所扫过的气缸容积，称气缸工作容积 5.发动机工作容积(VL) 多缸发动机各气缸工作容积之和，称发动机工作容积或发动机排量。VL = 式中D――气缸直径(cm)； S――活塞行程(cm)； i――气缸数。
发动机排量是发动机的重要参数之一。排量越大，进入气缸的可燃混合气或空气量就越多，发动机可能输出的功率就越大。 6.燃烧室及燃烧室容积(Vc) 活塞位于上止点时，活塞顶上方的空间称为燃烧室，其容积称为燃烧室容积。 7.气缸总容积(Va) 活塞位于下止点时，活塞顶上方的整个空间称为气缸总容积。 Va=Vh+Vc 8.压缩比(ε) 气缸总容积与燃烧室容积之比，称为压缩比。通常用符号ε表示。 压缩比是发动机的一个很重要的参数。它反映了在压缩行程中气缸内的可燃混合气被压缩的程度。排量相同的发动机，压缩比越高，作功行程时膨胀能力就越强，输出功率越大。汽油机压缩比一般为6～10，柴油机为15～22。 发动机工作时，各气缸内每进行一次能量转换，均要经过进气、压缩、作功和排气四个过程，称为发动机的一个工作循环。发动机之所以能连续运转，就因为各气缸内不断进行着这种周而复始的工作循环。凡是活塞往复四个行程完成一个工作循环的发动机，称为四行程发动机；活塞往复两个行程完成一个工作循环的发动机，称为二行程发动机。
