没有什么不可能 你可以打破一切，创造出对别人有用的东西。生活不能一成不变，可一旦你跳出那个不能改变的你，去适应接受谬误，转而拥抱它，改变它，升华它，给它烙上你的印记，你的人生将从此不同。 ——观《乔布斯》有感从开始做主板因其特有功能开始与Byte电脑配件店合作，60天加班赶出了主板却被老板指责仅此不够，还缺少键盘、机箱、显示器和电源；乔布斯却能转坏为喜，看出了商机，配上他们自己的配件，既能展示自己主板的优越又能提高自己的库存销量。第一笔生意这么愉快地成功之后，乔布斯开始主攻做电脑，为了拉投资竟能坚持不懈的给同一公司打了150个电话，最终让他来参观了自己的“战地”。 睿智的一幕是，当所有人已经被迈克9万元投资给身无分文的他们感到震惊时，乔布斯却永远顶着那副不可一世雷打不动胜券在握的坚定目光要求再贷款给他25万，利息10％，赚到钱后一次性付清。这就是他实现野心计划的第一步。 在这部影片中我感触最深的是，不论何时在哪个团队，乔布斯永远都保持着创新意识和对电脑无限的热情。他与常人不同之处就在于他想的不是怎样盈利，如何管理自己的公司，提高自己和公司的地位，而是怎样能改进苹果，怎样让它为大众所接受，而不仅仅只是给更多知识和更高地位的人使用。一开始，他就将自己定位在广大群众这个消费群体上，苹果的创意也是因为它简单、大众化以及一看到它就有种想要购买的欲望，仅此而已。简单，就是美，太复杂的，反而不易
被接受。他一直就给员工灌输自己的理念——change the world！他对理想，信念与心灵的专注，造就了革命的理念与创意。也正是这点，促使员工们追随者乔布斯的魅力一直走下去。 他精益求精，似乎永远都不满足与自己的成就，不止步于此。在别人为苹果2取得的成功欢呼雀跃时，他又在思考怎样推出一款更好的产品，让不仅白领，孩子甚至是华尔街区的老太太都可以使用。面对IBM公司的步步紧逼，乔布斯拒绝了me–too product（同质产品），主张只有跟别人不一样，才是属于自己的产品。即使在情势紧急时，仍然不允许“那不是必须的”这种话，仍要求文字处理器一定要有多种字体。这也让手下员工几乎不曾懈怠的时刻紧绷着挨乔布斯批判甚至被炒鱿鱼的那根弦。 还有最后但也很重要的一点，他用方面，记得他在刚进入Macintosh团队时，就问团队成员，“你确定你是最优秀的么？”不优秀的，没什么重要贡献，即使是跟他一块儿创业起来的好朋友，他也毫不留恋，在选择人员时，他很看好迈克，认为其是百事可乐的营销天才。被问到“你确定迈克会跟着你吗？”他只说了一句话：没人会记得世界上最会卖汽水的人。 是的，这种魄力，下去多少年，也难再有第二个乔布斯会具有。而改变世界正是需要这种魄力。 一直在想，其实有时候与别人合不来，想法与别人不一致，甚至格格不入，不想受到规则的约束，这都是正常的，乔布斯可以凭借特立独行、桀骜不驯、永不太平、习惯用不同眼光看问题，对既成事实
