——机组会

飞行前一天由机长召集,机组成员及带班乘务长参加会议。主要内容:汇报各工种准备情况,听取机长的有关要求等。

——供应品

为旅客和机组配备的航班上需要的物品的总称。

——回收

将机上剩余的供应品等清点后放入规定餐箱、餐车内,铅封好并填好回收单的工作过程。

——操作分离器

将飞机客舱门紧急滑梯的手柄移动自动(预位)或人工(解除)位置的过程。

——机上值班

长航线餐饮服务后,为保持乘务员的精力和体力而采取的轮换工作制度。

——安全检查

飞机在起飞、下降、着陆、颠簸或紧急情况下,为确认旅客及各种设施符合安全规定而进行的检查,包括:

——紧急出口、走廊、厕所无障碍物

——小桌子、背在正常位置

——行李架关好扣牢

——厨房内所有物品固定好

——拉开隔帘并固定好

——系好安全带

——禁止吸烟

——巡视客舱

乘务员在客舱走动,观察旅客需求,安全状况,处理特殊情况,提供及时、周到的服务行为。

——清舱

旅客登机前,安全员或乘务员检查机上所有部位,确保机上无外来人,外来物。

——关封

海关官员使用的公文。常用信封封好后在航班起飞前交给乘务员,由乘务员在到站后转交海关官员。

——旅客名单

写有旅客姓名、目的地、座位号等内容的单子,通常由商务部门在飞机起飞前同业务袋一起送上飞机。

——核销单

机上免税品出售后填写的表格,用于海关核销进口免税品。

——特殊餐

有特殊要求的餐食,如婴儿餐、犹太餐、清真餐、素食等。

——预先准备

——载重平衡图

以空机重心指数作为计算的起点,以确定飞机的起飞重心位置,并根据飞机重心位置的要求,妥善安排旅客在飞机上的座位和各货舱的装载量的填制图。

一个航班起飞前要做什么准备工作?

以一个国际航班为例。这天这个航班的起飞时间是晚上21点00分,围绕这个时间,最后的准备工作这样依次展开:下午17点,离起飞还有四个小时,所有机组人员均已到达出勤楼。由于他们已经提前在前一天进行了详细的航前协作,就是由机长召集全体机组成员进行航前准备。内容包括航路天气、飞行中有关注意事项等,因此,这时候只要领取护照和飞行资料,就可以立刻前往候机楼办理过关手续。

这就是正文提到的空客A380,其翼展超过800平方米,宽敞的机舱分为上下两层。

客舱机组使用的公务普通护照

这是从广州到洛杉矶航程近12小时的国际航班,又是中国航空公司首次使用世界最大客机A380飞国际航线,因此为本次航班的机组阵容也很强大,包括飞行机组5人、客舱机组25人,另外还有2名机务人员担任随机保障。

由于人数众多,这天动用了三辆中巴车才把全部机组人员送往候机楼。客舱机组根据之前飞国内航线早已形成的默契,分配在上舱和下舱的成员分开坐车,而上舱乘务长和主任乘务长上车后还有一个手册上没有的职责,那就是清点自己区域的人数,确认人员全部到齐才开车。

17:50,机组人员到达候机楼。

18:20,机组进入客舱,当时这架飞机刚刚完成北京到广州的航班任务,地面保障人员早已在客舱里忙开了,比如客舱清洁工作。而机组成员一放下飞行包也马上开始了各自的工作。机务人员首先对每个座椅都进行了检测,确保旅客在近12个小时的航程中能够欣赏到娱乐节目。

19:00,机务部门完成对客舱所有设施的检查维护工作。

因为是首航,机场安检部门为这个航班准备了由17名安检员组成的工作组。他们上了飞机后,首先和机场安检部门取得联系,为航前的安保检查进行了有效分工。负责配送餐饮食品的是航食部门,他们面对这架可以容纳87辆餐车的世界最大客机,也是想尽了办法,合理利用每一个空间和储物柜放置全部物品,也叫机供品。航食部门一位师傅说,虽然保障过之前的国内航班任务,但国际远程航班需要的物品和航食数量远远超过以往任何一个航班,他们光是配餐车就派出了四辆。

19:22,所有机供品摆放完毕,航食部门撤离飞机。

这时候,清洁部门也把上一个航班任务结束后凌乱的客舱收拾干净,重新摆好506个座位的毛毯、枕头、杂志,光下层主舱的毛毯和枕头就有40袋之多。虽然任务繁重,但这并没有影响他们的认真程度。

19:40,整个客舱恢复了宁静。这时,空姐们开始补妆,为迎接旅客登机做最后准备。

20:00,安保组向机长报告:客舱清舱完成,外来人员已经全部离开飞机,可以上客。

20:18,第一位旅客登上飞机,这是一位轮椅旅客。

20:50,最后一名旅客办理了登机手续。总共409名旅客仅仅用了32分钟就全部完成了登机。

上完客,客舱门关闭

21:11,飞机从廊桥停机位推出,滑行,起飞,飞向宁静夜空。

《民航服务英语》教学大纲 本大纲是针对中等职业学校民航服务专业的英语教材,根据中等职业学校学生的特点,结合民航相关的岗位要求编写而成,旨在帮助民航服务专业的学生和从业人员掌握英语运用和交际能力。 一、课程性质和任务 本课程是面向职业院校的学生,以培养德智体美等方面全面发展,具有综合职业能力,能胜任航空服务第一线工作的高素质劳动者和中高级实用型人才为目标。其任务是培养学生具有一定的听、说、读、能力,能基本运用英语达到交流信息的目的,掌握有效的语言学习方法,提高文化素养。 二、课程目标 通过本课程的学习,培养学生学习主体作用。将符合学时特点和教学内容的真实任务引进课堂,使学生在解决问题、完成任务和项目的同时掌握基础的专业知识,英语的运用能力和交际能力也得到提高。 三、课程的基本理念与设计思路 1、本教材在编写过程中,紧密结合民航服务的工作及民航服务一线员工所需用的英语和为国际乘客服务的实际,结合民航服务专业毕业生近十年的社会实践反馈意见,讲工作中使用频率较高的常用语、专业术语和内容编写成课文和对话,使教材内容贴近实际,更具有时效性。 2、内容深入浅出,通俗易懂,便于掌握。 3、本教材编写上注重互动学习,充分发挥学生的学习主体作用。 四、课程教学计划和课时分配 (一)教学计划 1.词汇要求 教学阶段要求学生能认知1 200~1 400个单词(包括各类短语和词组),领会、掌握并熟练使用常见、常用词汇600个左右, 2.语法要求 (1)词类及其语法功能; (2)常用句子结构及相关知识; (3)基本时态及其用法。 5.口语要求 第一教学阶段要求学生能就教材内容和简单的听力材料回答问题和复述内容,能用英语进行一般的日常会话。 第二教学阶段要求学生能就熟悉的话题经准备后做简短对话,表达思想比较清晰,语音语调基本正确。 (二)课时分配 本课程分为8个单元。每个单元分为课文、对话、译文、练习四部分。书后附有词汇表、常用语和专业术语、补充阅读材料等。本书建议的学时为140学时。具体要
