人大闭幕后，温家宝总理的记者发布会成为中外媒体关注的焦点，温总理以富有文采的回答，迷倒了中外记者。与此同时，坐在温总理身边的女翻译张璐，由于现场流利地翻译温总理引用的古诗词，也受到热捧。
发布会第二天，网络上就出现了“总理背后的女翻译家是谁”的询问帖，张璐就此“走红”。今天记者在网络上搜索“外事翻译张璐”，能找到相关网页约826000篇，而张璐在微博的点击排名超过了刘翔。
专家评价
巧译诗词总体翻译得很地道
温家宝总理曾多次在回答中外记者提问时，引用古今中外的诗词歌赋。此次记者招待会，总理再次显示出“腹有诗书气自华”的风采。
发布会上温总理引用的古典诗词，由于中文和英文的文化背景差别很大，其中深刻的文化内涵很难在翻译中体现出来，一般都只能翻译大意。张璐在发布会上的表现，在翻译行家看来，总体上都译得很地道。
国内一位知名翻译家在接受记者采访时评价张璐在总理记者会上的表现，尤其对于复杂的古诗词的翻译时说，张璐翻译得很好，不仅准确，而且清楚。
“每年来最难的翻译就是总理的一年一度的记者会，而记者会上尤数古诗词的翻译困难。”这名翻译家告诉记者，翻译界对于古诗词的翻译要求是信、达、雅，基本要求是忠实于本意，其次要准确、易懂。
但对于翻译人员对古诗词翻译临场的表现一般要求是不出错，但如果要翻译得非常准确到位则需要专家委员会的研讨。“现场几秒钟的时间，翻译人员不可能做到完美。”这名翻译家说。
总理引用古语翻译一览
1.行百里者半九十。
张璐译文：Half of the people who have embarked on a one hundred mile
journey may fall by the way side.
译文直译：在百里的旅途中，有一半人会在途中放弃。
点评：“fall by the way side”在英语中是半途而废的意思，用英语中的成语来翻译中国古语，对接得很巧妙。
2.华山再高，顶有过路。
张璐译文：No matter how high the mountain is,one can always ascend to its top.
译文直译：无论山有多高，我们都能登到顶峰。
点评：后半句翻译得非常好。always（一直）表现出誓要登顶的坚定信念。
3.亦余心之所向兮，虽九死其尤未悔。
张璐译文：For the ideal that I hold dear to my heart,I'd not regret a thousand times to die.
译文直译：我遵从我内心的想法，即使要死千万次我也不会后悔。
点评：“九死”翻译成thousand times（上千次），很地道。

译文直译：兄弟之间的分歧，是无法割断他们的血脉亲情的。
点评：“小忿”有愤恨的意思，在极短的时间内，能想到用differents（分歧），而不是用angry等表示愤怒的词，非常有急智，比较得体。

张璐个人简历：2010，温总理记者会翻译，现任中国外交部翻译室英文处副处长，有着丰富的高翻经验，是胡锦涛主席、温家宝总理的首席翻译。也是重要对外场合的首席翻译之一，外界普遍赞赏她反应敏捷、举止优雅。
学业经历
张璐出生于1977年，是外交学院国际法系1996级学生，2000年毕业，这位77年出生的女孩不仅有着端庄典雅的外貌，而且天资聪慧，曾在伦敦一所大学学习外交学专业，并且拿到了硕士学位。
翻译生涯
2009年2月，温家宝访问英国会见首相布朗时，张璐担任现场翻译。2010年3月7日，杨洁篪外长答记者问时，张璐为翻译2010年3月14日，总理记者会上，张璐为温家宝总理进行翻译，并正式进入人们的视野，成为热议名人。
翻阅过去7年总理记者会的文字材料，从2006年至2009年，总理的翻译是费胜潮，在费胜潮之前的两年记者会上，均为女翻译协助总理参加记者会，而此次张璐的出现，是五年来首次起用女翻译。
职业背后魔鬼训练
张璐生活照据该校老师介绍，外交部翻译室目前大约有50名翻译，英语和法语翻译人数最多。想进外交部翻译室，基本都得进行翻译方面的“魔鬼训练”，所以外界看外交部里的工作人员，没有官僚气，都带着不少书生气，张璐也是这样，显得“很淑女”。
记者查阅外交部相关资料，发现张璐有一次跟随李肇星在阿富汗问题国际会议上，一天之内做了12场翻译;2008年四川汶川地震发生后，和同事一起，承担了国新办每天举行的新闻发布会的翻译工作。
张璐在给学生作讲座时就说过，自己常常加班加到凌晨两点，每天还要听BBC、VOA、CNN，做笔记，看《参考消息》和《环球时报》等。
总理记者会需要提前一个月准备
“每年总理记者会前，外交部一般会提前一个月通知翻译，到了记者会当天，还要进行…彩排?。”昨日，人民大会堂一名工作人员称，由于温总理的语言非常丰富，还经常引用专业词汇和古诗词，需要翻译做大量前期准备工作，包括对两会热点问题做调研，还要琢磨记者会提出什么刁钻的问题，整理总理一年来的讲话内容，特别是总理最近的讲话。对于总理常常引用一些古诗词，翻译一般会提前准备一个小本子，整理出总理以前在讲话中所说过的所有古诗句和成语，多在日常积累，免得临场慌乱。

翻译平时要和总理多沟通
国内知名翻译家在接受记者采访时透露，总理记者会这样的场合对现场翻译的要求尤其高，翻译人员本身的功底及平日的积累也非常重要。
这名翻译家介绍说，总理的翻译平日里跟总理接触比较多，要了解总理的讲话方式，跟总理多沟通，翻译起来才能清楚、准确。
说到做总理翻译的标准，这名翻译家介绍说，翻译室会挑选一些功底好、口齿清楚且外貌端庄的人来进行培养、锻炼。
这一培训分两个阶段进行，前一段时间是强化训练，由翻译室的各位前辈每天陪他们做大量的听力、口译和笔译的练习；第二阶段是在工作中培训，参加一些笔译初稿和不太重要的口译活动。培训结束后，才算成为翻译室真正的一员。
“达到顶级水准，需要很多年的功力积累。”这名翻译家说，像张璐和之前为总理做翻译的费胜潮，虽然看起来年轻，但也“久经沙场”，经验老到了。

我的外交部公务员之路 根据我去年的经历，我发现我们经管学院很多同学对公务员考试并不感冒。虽然全国公考考场外人山人海，但是我还是鲜有发现我们学院的同学参与。相比其他很多学校整校、整院地奔赴考场，实在是冷热分明。我觉得造成这种局面主要是由于三种心态。其一，对于有大抱负的同学，恐怕并不愿意今后生活在“体制”中，而常春藤中的上下求索、华尔街里的纵横捭阖才是他们想要的生活；其二，对于缺乏自信的同学，认为公务员考试录取率极低（总体录取率不足2%），自己考试基本上是充当炮灰，费时费力费财，不如避而不睬之；其三，对于公务员和公务员考试不了解、甚至有误解的同学，对公务员考试的公平性有所质疑，从而在报名时望而却步。其实，这三种心态，本人全都曾经有过。然而我又通过许多途径将这些心态一一化解，最终报了名，通过资格审查，走上了考场，完成了考试，幸运地入围复试，参加了面试，通过了体检，通过了政审，最终成功地被外交部录取。这些环节中任何一环都很可能使我同外交部擦肩而过，然而可以说我克服了重重困难，坚持了下来。而相当多的同学并非倒在最后四步上，而是倒在了前四步上。 国家公务员考试考什么？备考到底要用多长时间？ 考什么？国家公务员考试一般包含初试和复试。初试就是所谓的全国公考，每年11月最后一个星期六考试。只考两科，一门是行政职业能力测试，另一门是申论。行测是从西方学来的，无论是四大会计所还是世界五百强，招聘时无一不考行测。全国公考行测部分大概是120分钟内做140道选择题，选择题内容涵盖了方方面面公务员所应具备的知识和能力，分几大类（各种参考教材均有介绍，不详述）。但我觉得根本上行测其实只考三类能力：语文能力、数学能力和常识积累。申论是中国自己老祖宗传下来的，就是公文分析、写作能力，以及调研、办案能力。我猜测古代的科举考试基本上也就是申论这个形式。我个人觉得，这两个科目的设置是非常科学的（没有任何说得出来的理由，仅仅是考前和考后的综合感觉）。对于一般考生来说，初试无疑是最重要的，因为这是获得复试机会的门槛。而初试也是全国统一阅卷，统一排名，统一划线，统一调剂的，因此可以做到绝对公平。初试成绩和分数线会在40天之后公布，然后进行复试。一般的部门职位的复试也就是一次面试，但是某些部门（比如外交部）还要组织专门的专业知识笔试。 如何备考？这一点我结合我个人的经历吧，真不知道能不能叫做经验。说句心里话，我并没有特别重视国家公务员考试，仅仅是当作成百上千个招聘活动中的一个，抱着试一试的心态。我很早（大概7月份）就在书店随便买了三本公务员考试辅导材料（注意，并没有任何官方指定的教材，所以哪个辅导材料都只能参考，并不权威）。之后我就去深圳电视台实习了，这三大厚本就被我抛到九霄云外了。大概在十一假期的时候，我在深圳突然发现应该看看这三本书了（是一本行测教材、一本申论教材和一本行测历年真题）。我就开始看行测教材，慢慢悠悠看了七天，基本看完了一遍。然后又开始在电视台上班。白天上班，有时候晚上回来就做一套行测真题。大约到10月15号左右，我在电视台呆得烦了，又听说学校开运动会了，我就急忙跑回来玩了。本想着脱离实习工作之后能够更好地复习公考，孰不知我再一次翻看这三本书的时候已经是11月30日（考试前一天）的事了。回到学校之后，发现各种招聘会接踵而来，学生会里的各种活动也相继开展了，我就到处应聘、到处去玩。45天的时间眨眼就过去了，我还没有收到一份offer。由于很久没复习了，考试前一天我紧急过了一遍看过的行测题，又看了申论中对去年试题的分析。带着这样的状态，我去参加了全国公考。 那么通过十天的复习，我的行测是什么个水平呢？我觉得还可以。做各种真题的时候，我的正确率都在85%以上，最高达到过92%。这是个什么概念呢？行测100分满，申论100分满，全国最低分数线大概是105分，总分达到120分就是高分了，基本上报任何职位都能参加复试。假设我行测考了85分，那么我的申论只要35分就够了。但是我有个很大的问题，那就是每次行测都会超时20分钟。我的理解是，只有很少的人能够按时做完行测（而且还是在牺牲正确率的前提下），所以我还是应该坚持自己的节奏，维持正确率，当然最好也能提高做题速度。然而对于申论，我丝毫没有准备，没有写过一篇申论。在考试的时候申论能考到50分就是绝对高分了，但是我对自己的申论
