碲酸盐玻璃的制备及其性能研究 摘要 碲酸盐系统玻璃具有良好的玻璃形成能力和优越的线性、非线性光学性能,因此以TeO2、Nb2O5为主的各种碲酸盐玻璃的研究逐渐成为线性、非线性光学玻璃材料研究的一个热点。 TeO2-AlF3-BaCl2-Nb2O5系统是一个尚未被人研究的新型多组分氧卤碲酸盐玻璃系统。碲酸盐玻璃因具有较低声子能量,较高折射率和绝缘常数,较宽红外透过范围,较低熔化温度等优点,可被用于光通信元器件、红外光学材料、非线性光学材料等方面。然而单纯TeO2很难形成玻璃,通常在TeO2中加入一些氧化物或卤化物时可提高玻璃的形成能力和稳定性。所以本研究旨在探索一种新型的具有优良中红外透过特性的氧氯碲酸盐玻璃。 (1)主要选用TeO2,Nb2O5等为原料用传统熔融法制备玻璃,确定玻璃的形成范围; (2)研究玻璃的热学、光学性能; (3)研究稀土掺杂对玻璃性能的影响。 关键词:碲铌酸盐玻璃,氟氯比,成玻范围,稀土掺杂

英文题目 ABSTRACT Tellurite glasses have good glass forming ability and superior to the linear and nonlinear optical properties, so study on various kinds of tellurite glass with TeO2,Nb2O5 gradually become a hot issue in the field of linear and nonlinear optical glass materials research. TeO2-AlF3-BaCl2-Nb2O5 system is a yet to be studied new multicomponent oxyhalide tellurite glass system. The advantages of tellurite glasses because of their low phonon energy, high refraction rate and dielectric constant, wide infrared transmission range, low melting temperature etc., can be used for optical communication devices, infrared optical materials, nonlinear optical materials. However, it is difficult to form glass in pure TeO2, and it can improve the formation ability and stability of glass when adding some oxide or halide in TeO2..So the purpose of this study is to explore a new type of excellent in infrared transmission properties of oxychloride tellurite glass. (1) the main selection of TeO2,Nb2O5 and other raw materials for the use of the traditional melting of glass, determine the formation of glass range; (2) study the thermal and optical properties of glass; (3) the effect of Re Doping on the properties of glass is studied.. The synthetic methods included high temperature solid method, so-l gel process, hydrothermal synthesis, co-precipitation method and so on. The advantages and disadvantages of every method were discussed. Moreover, the synthetic methods of upconversion luminescence materials for further development were prospected.
