It is common now for people to give and universities to take donations. Many universities, especially those elite ones, can receive millions from the individuals and companies every year. Some believe that more funds will contribute to a better development of the university, and donations can aid students who come from low-income families. In my opinion, taking donations benefits not only the university but also its students.
