? 3. 开证行将信用证航寄或用电讯通知出口人所在地的代理银行(通知行)转递或通知受益人。

? 4. 通知行核对签字与密押(密押指开证行授权的信用证上的签字以此来证明其真实性),除留存副本或复印件备查外,须尽快将信用证转交受益人。

? 5. 受益人审查信用证(如条款有差错, 时间有矛盾, 概念不清, 词义不明, 数字有误等与合同不符, 不能接受或无法照办), 通知开证人, 要其修改, 如其同意, 开证人应向开证行提交修改通知书, 如开证行同意修改, 即据以做成修改通知书函寄或电告通知行, 经通知行审核无误再转知受益人。按规定条件发货, 备妥信用证规定的

全部单据,开具汇票连同信用证正本(如经修改的还需连同修改通知书)在信用证规定的交单期和有效期内送当地的议付行(可以是原通知行, 也可以是其他银行)议付。要么全部接受要么全部拒绝。

? 6. 议付行经与信用证核对,确认汇票与单据符合信用证规定后,按汇票所开金额,扣除若干利息,将垫款付给受益人。议付后,通常在信用证正本背面作必要的有关议付事项的记录,俗称“背批”,其目的是防止超额和重复议付。议付行办理议付后成为汇票的善意持票人,如遇开证行拒付,有向其前手出票人即受益人进行追索的权利。

?7. 议付行将单据连同汇票和索偿证明(证明单据符合信用证规定)以航邮寄给开证行或其指定的付款行索偿。

?8. 开证行(或其指定的付款行)收到议付行寄来的汇票和单据后, 经审核单据无误后,付款给议付行;如发现单据与信用证规定不符,可以拒付,但应在不迟于收到单据的次日起7个营业日内通知议付行表示拒绝接受单据。如信用证指定付款行或偿付行,则由该指定的银行向议付行进行偿付。

?9. 开证行履行偿付责任后,应即向开证人提示单据,开证人核验单据无误后,办理付款手续。

?10. 开证人付款并取得货运单据后,凭以向承运人在进口地的机构或代理人提货.
