主要还是靠使用中掌握，坚持写英语日记的话，会对语法和词汇都大有好处。当然有一本语法书也是很重要的。切忌不可使用文曲星，应该使用纸质英文词典。每天计划早上：8：30-9：00(上班途中)，在车上听BBC或中国国际广播电台的早间新闻。
中午：12：30-1：00，听Chanel V的英文歌。
下午：5：30-6：00(下班途中)，在车上听BBC或中国国际广播电台的晚间新闻。
晚上：9：00-11：00，背单词，听听力，背课文，看语法。听力可选择听4频道的英文新闻;大声朗读英文课文一篇。
