一位高中教师的工作——给想要从事教师行业的同学1）描述行业 我是高中语文老师。 因为中国教育发展极不平衡，所以不同地区、不同程度、不同学校、甚至不同学科的教师其实无论是在工作还是生活上都有非常大的区别。我今年工作第二年，只能就自己所在的这所中西部地区县级一般高中学校的工作经历以及入职两年来了解到的关于教育行业的状况来谈谈自己的认识和感受，如有不适敬请原谅，如有同行敬请补充指正。对于教师这个极普通的工作本不想做太多描述性介绍，但回想了一下自己从学生到老师的经历，觉得还是有非常必要再多说一下的： 0.高考指挥棒下所有对教育的美好幻想都基本是浮云！这是非常重要的一点，所以你不要怪为什么老师只关心成绩好的学生，因为制度规定老师的奖金只和学生的成绩有关，只和高考上线人数有关。要是能按素质教育的要求算上对学生软性成长的帮助，那么作为知心哥哥的我花那么多业余时间在他们的心理辅导上，我得挣多少钱啊！除此之外，各项考评齐上阵，多了解点你就会知道现在老师就跟工厂流水线上的工人差不多，都是为了生产出能以高分考进大学的学生。再或者把学校理解成以输送高分学生进入大学为主要盈利模式的教育公司也行。所以在跟朋友聊天时，我更愿意用“我们厂”、“我们公司”，而不是“我们学校”。知道这些是了解这个行业的前提。 0.5老师和教书匠是两个完全不同的概念。古人云：师者，所以传道受业解惑也。（韩愈《师说》） 古今中外的文化都不缺乏对教师的溢美之词，因为我们很清楚一个好老师对于学生的意义。可教书匠就不一样了，他们是为了找到一份稳定的正式的最好还能有一点社会地位的工作才选择了讲台。反正为人师表、教书育人这几件衣服每天也就那几个45分钟需要穿下，课间的10分钟都恨不得脱下来透透气。这跟当个木匠很像，你是要凳子还是床，完工之后我交货你付账。所以反正只要把你弄上二本线就有奖金拿，多弄几个能拿更多。你那些不良的生活习惯、性格上的缺陷以及未来会怎么发展跟我一毛钱关系都没有。 0.7当学生的时候觉得老师很轻松，不用写作业，不用罚站，还可以打学生。去年带高一班主任的时候，我曾让刚进高中的学生们写下自己的职业梦想，排前三的分别是当老师、当警察、当医生。可见还是有很多学生对教师这个工作充满向往。直到自己当老师之后才发现完全不是那么一会事儿，普通课任老师还好点儿，要是班主任的话……这部分后面会细说，就省下吧！ 1.看起来教师是非常稳定的工作，其实是很有风险的工作。因为生活中最大的风险就
